Shipping Details
UK Shipping
We use an overnight shipping service with Initial City Link. Small items (upto 1 KG) are shipped by our carrier using wallets called 'Link Letters' and larger orders (upto 5 KG) using 'City Packs'. Both options are tamper proof and provide full protection from the elements during transit.

Each shipment is assigned its own individual consignment number which is fully traceable from collection to delivery using secure internet access available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.



International Shipping
We do offer international shipping but you should email-us for a quotation to your destination. Overseas orders are welcome.

Consignments must be signed for at all times or deliveries will not be made! Instructions to leave your order with a third party must be confirmed in writting.

Standard Delivery is 'Next Day' before 5.30 p.m. but for a small extra charge particular time slots can be booked. See the table below. If you work particularly difficult hours you can elect to have your shipment delivered to your work address. Simply include the appropriate option on the shipping page when you order.

Charges will be displayed including packaging.
